Actress Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a former driver, who claims she owes him over USD 27,000.
Edson Ricci claimed the 29-year-old actress owes him over USD 26,000 for his transportation services and an additional USD 1,439 for repayment of a hotel bill he covered on Lohan's behalf, reported TMZ.
Ricci said he was Lohan's go-to driver between August and October, 2012.
At that time, she had a number of other matters on her mind including an emergency intervention staged by her father, a ban from the Chateau Marmont for failing to pay her bill and a hit and run arrest after she left the scene of an accident.
