Lohan's community service progress investigated

Prosecutors are investigating actress Lindsay Lohan's community service hours progress.
Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White doubted a proof of Lohan's community service progress, stemming from a 2012 reckless driving case, submitted by her lawyer, Shawn Holley, on January 28, reported TMZ online.
The progress documents claimed Lohan, 28, completed her 80 hours of community service in just nine days. Community Service Volunteers in London submitted documents which listed the 'Mean Girls' star's five meet and greets with fans, each of which allegedly lasted three hours, after her London play, 'Speed the Plow.'
The CSV "gave 5 lucky probationers a total of 70 hours" with Lohan and provided them "work shadowing experience."

"If this was Lindsey Smith, nobody would allow this," Terry commented on Lohan's progress documents.
"She got to shake hands with people, and that's community service. I'd love to hang out with a celebrity all day and see their life, but that's not community service."
Terry submitted complaints to Superior Court Judge Richard Stone, asking the judge to set another court hearing whether Lohan did complete her community service at the CSV as stated in the court documents. Terry said he would seek jail time for Lohan if he can prove that she didn't complete her community service.
Richard gave Terry until February 18 to investigate the issue.
