Lorde feels lucky to have celebrity friends

Singer Lorde says she feels blessed to be friends with celebrities as they are in a better position to understand her trials and tribulations.
The 20-year-old songstress, who is pals with big names such as Taylor Swift, the Haim sisters and Blake Lively, says it is good to have people, who know the showbiz world inside out, by her side, reported The Guardian.
"It's an element of wanting to stick together. Because it can be so scary to do this. These friendships, they're about having a hand put on your shoulder by someone who knows. They're about hearing, 'I've done it, too'," says Lorde.

The "Green Light" hitmaker says she has learnt a lot about handling her professional life from her friends.
Lorde says, "I've talked to other artist friends about a moment in their careers when they've felt themselves stop getting better... It meant there was still so much to learn.
