"This Centralised Kitchen will help us provide nutritious food to the Ashram-Shalas which are run by Tribal Development Department and by NGOs," Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said.
"This project will start on pilot basis in Mundhegaon (Nashik) and Khabalgaon (Palghar) on August 1 and 15 respectively," he tweeted.
"From December 15, we will launch it for the entire state, especially in the districts where malnutrition is prevalent," the chief minister said.
"It was my dream which got fulfilled after 12 years. This can bring a huge change in the entire generation and is certainly a beginning of new era," Fadnavis said.
