The incident occurred yesterday when the 14-year-old boy lured the girl on the pretext of giving her candy (toffy) to the terrace of his house and raped her there, police said.
The victim's father today filed a complaint with the Kardhani police station against the boy, who is a student of ninth class, they said.
A case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, they said, adding the accused was arrested and sent to 'Bal Sudhar Grah'.
