Members of various political parties including Communist Party of India, Bharip Bahujan Mahasangh, social organisations and student groups took part in the march.
Tributes were paid to slain CPI leader Govind Pansare, scholar M M Kalburgi and rationalist Narendra Dabholkar.
The march concluded with a public meeting with leaders of various parties protesting against the murder of Pansare, Kalburgi and Dabholkar.
They also demanded that the sedition charge against Kumar be withdrawn and he be released immediately.
A memorandum in this regard addressed to the Indian President was submitted to Armori tehsildar Shashikant Channawar.
