Addressing the students, she said that negative publicity did not help in development, for which positive thinking was necessary.
Banejee advised the students to learn to take hardship in stride, saying she herself had to overcome hardships as life was full of struggle.
She heard the issues and problems of the toppers and instructed the Education Department to resolve them in the next three days.
