The family was walking towards a bus stand when a car hit them in Narsampet town of the district at around 4 AM, circle inspector Devender Reddy said.
K Raju and his daughter Laxmiprasanna (14) died on the spot in the mishap, he said.
The two injured persons were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The car driver fled along with the vehicle, police said adding that a search was on to nab him.
