Ramavatar Yadav, who worked as an electrician in the Army's Base Hospital in Delhi, was admitted to Gargi Hospital at Sector-1 here at around 1 am last night as he was ailing for the last few days, his brother Shyam Yadav said.
Alleging negligence on the part of doctors and hospital staff, the deceased's brother said that Ramavatar was taken to ICU last night and there was no one to take care of him.
Denying negligence, owner of the hospital Dr Rahul Garg said that many organs in the patient's body had stopped working when he was brought to the hospital due to which they took a written permission form the family to carry out his treatment.
