Man kills wife before committing suicide in IMT Manesar

A man allegedly killed his wife before committing suicide here in IMT Manesar, police said today.
Samir Ali was found hanging in his house at sector- 5 of IMT Maneser and his wife Tanjuman's body was found stab wounds, police said.
The neighbours suspected foul play when Tanjuman did not leave her house for several days, it said, adding that they peeped through the window and found Ali's body hanging.
"A police team reached the spot and found Tanjuman's body. She was found with stab injuries while her head and mouth were tied with a cloth", a senior police officer said.

Primafacie during interrogation, it appears that Ali killed his wife over some personal reason and then committed suicide by hanging", Gurgaon Police PRO Ravinder Kumar said.
As per the statements of their neighbours, both Ali and Tanjuman often indulged in heated altercations.
"We are investigating the case since suicide note was not found at the spot," Kumar said, adding the bodies have been sent for postmortem to ascertain actual cause of their deaths.
