According to the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) the properties which would be attached are two plots in the state capital worth crores and a motorcycle.
In an official statement by UP Anti-Terror Squad, IG ATS Aseem Arun said, "In 2013, Khalid was arrested, and cases under IPC and Arms Act were registered against him. Subsequently Gangster Act was also slapped on him on October 30, 2013."
"On this (Gangster Act), DM Lucknow today ordered to attach property of Khalid, which he had amassed by illegal sale of arms," Arun said.
"Through illegal arms trade, Khalid amassed properties worth crores," the statement said.
