One Niraj Kumar was looted of his valaubales and cash near Mansoorpur in the district yesterday, SHO Inspector AK Pundhir said.
In a similar incident, four armed men stole a car on the Meerut-Karnal Highway near Titoli village in Shamli district.
One Rajnish Kumar was going to Jhinjhana from Saharanpur in his car, Pundhir said, adding, the miscreants intercepted his car and forced him to alight, following which they fled with the vehicle, he said.
