Married woman gang-raped in UP

A 23-year-old married woman was allegedly raped by four persons, including a self proclaimed doctor, in Kaisarganj area here, police said today.
The victim and her husband were returning from Lucknow last night when Ubed Ansari, who claimed himself to be doctor, called them at Kaisarganj on the pretext of curing him of drug addiction, Station Officer Vinod Kumar Yadav said.
The couple was picked up from Kaisarganj and taken near a mobile tower where the accused held the husband captive and gang-raped the woman, he said.
While one of the accused Mohd Shareef has been arrested, efforts are on to nab Ubed and two other unidentified persons, Yadav added.
