According to the plan, movement of vehicles inside Vrindavan would remain restricted on every Saturday, Sunday and on any major festival between 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM, the official added.
Although for now, the plan would be implemented on January 23 and January 24.
"Not only alternate transport in the form of taxi and mini-bus would be available for pilgrims and others but residents of Vrindavan would be provided passes for restricted days", City Magistrate Vijai Kumar said.
The residents of Vrindavan have been advised to take passes from Kotwali Vrindavan after filling the form and completing the formalities.
