Minors hacked to death by father

Suspecting his wife's fidelity, a man today hacked to death his two minor children in Phephana area here, police said.
Pawan allegedly killed his daughter Khushboo (7) and son Piyush (5) in Singhpur village of the area, Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Jha said.
He said the accused suspected his wife was in an illicit relationship.
According to Pawan's family, he had a dispute with his wife, following which she had been living with her parents since five years.
He said his wife had returned to her in-law's house fifteen days before the incident.
The SP said Pawan has been arrested and the bodies have been sent for postmortem.
