"Instead of being grateful to the Prime Minister, the state Congress is organising public meetings, accusing him of discrimination," the Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly said.
He said the NDA government had always assured development in the state irrespective of the government in power and Himachal Pradesh always got its due.
Dhumal said the 13th Finance Commission report which was implemented during the UPA regime gave only 50 per cent hike in deficit grants to Himachal Pradesh while other states got increase of upto 150 per cent but the 14th Finance Commission by the Modi government gave an increase of 228 per cent.
He alleged the Congress government was scared of its failures and was trying to mislead people by false propaganda but the people of the state were wise enough to see through their game.
