Mother of Rajiv case convict calls on TN CM

Arputhammal, mother of Rajiv Gandhi case life convict A G Perarivalan today called on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam and appealed for the early release of her son and six others.
She gave a petition to Panneerselvam at the State Secretariat seeking the early release of her son and six others who are in prison for over 25 years in the 1991 Rajiv Gandhi assasination case.
Arputhammal had made several such requests to the State government in the past as well.
