Relief workers Philip Fluck from UK and Susan Chang from Malaysia ordered 200 tents and iron rods for USD 67 each from the company early this week.
The relief workers alleged they got the material a day after the delivery date but the tents were "totally different from the photographs sent before the deal".
"Each one of them had holes in it. We have spoken to Mr Jain who owns the company. He said you have no chance of getting any money back," Fluck alleged in a video uploaded on Internet on June 2.
The company has denied all the allegations, saying the relief workers ordered 150 gsm HDPE tents which were the "cheapest".
Meanwhile, Mohit Jain, director of the company claimed they have already issued a refund and the order is expected to return to the company by this evening.
