Nitesh Estates signs Virat Kohli as brand ambassador

Realty firm Nitesh Estates has roped in cricket superstar Virat Kohli as its brand ambassador.
Nitesh Estates is a leading property development company headquartered in Bengaluru. It is into development of homes, hotels, office buildings and retail spaces. The company has 22 million sq ft under development.
"India's cricket sensation Virat Kohli as our brand ambassador reflects our enthusiasm, passion and energy to stride ahead towards the future," Nitesh Estates Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Ashwini Kumar said in a statement.
On his association with Nitesh Estates, Virat Kohli said: "I am proud to be associated with Nitesh Estates, as its brand ambassador. The company in many aspects reflects the values I hold in high esteem."

As a first generation company, Nitesh Estates has made extraordinary progress in a very short span, Kohli added.
In May last year, Nitesh Estates tied up with global investment bank Goldman Sachs to jointly invest up to USD 250 million in income generating commercial assets in the country.
