Keylong, Kalpa and Manali recorded a low of minus 5 degrees Celsius, zero degree Celsius and 0.8 degrees Celsius, while Bhuntar, Sundernagar and Solan shivered at 2.5 degrees Celsius, 2.6 degrees Celsius and 4.3 degrees Celsius, the MeT department said.
