"The server remained down for about 13 minutes between 2000-2030 hours at Mumbai and Delhi Airports today due to a technical glitch," an IndiGo spokesperson said here tonight.
The fault has been rectified and the system is up and running now, the spokesperson said.
The Gurgaon-based budget carrier currently operates around 700 daily flights, mainly from domestic airports and bulk of them are from Delhi and Mumabi.
The server's conking out caused hardship to hundreds of IndiGo passengers at both the airports, leading to delay in boarding.
