The 71-year-old musician was taken ill by a mystery virus on Tuesday and it is said his wife has made sure to be with him, since arriving at St Luke's International Hospital in Tokyo recently, reported Daily Mirror.
"Nancy has been brilliant and has never left his side ... (Paul is) getting better and better by the day," a source said.
