"We have moved for cancellation as Khan is not attending the police station regularly, and also another case has been registered against him," said chief public prosecutor Kalpana Chavan.
Ayesha Shroff has accused Khan, her former business partner, of cheating her to the tune of Rs five crore.
After she filed a police complaint, Khan approached the sessions court seeking a pre-arrest bail. The court adjourned the hearing till the first week of December and granted him interim protection from arrest till then.
