The filing of the inquiry report on Tuesday comes ten days after the filing of charge sheet in a court against five other men allegedly involved in the case.
Police had earlier asked for bone density test for ascertaining the minor's age.
Meanwhile, senior lawyer Subramanian Swamy said he will appear before JJB demanding that the minor's case be argued in a normal court.
The paramedical student was raped and brutally assaulted before being thrown out on the road without clothes on December 16 night, sparking outrage in the country. The victim died in a Singapore hospital on December 29.
