Prajnesh falls in final in Turkey ITF Futures final

India's Prajnesh Gunneswaran ended runner-up at the USD 10,000 ITF Futures singles event after losing the summit clash to second seed Yannick Jankovits, here today.
Playing his first final of the season, the 428th ranked Indian southpaw fought hard before losing 6-7(9) 6-4 3-6 to the Frenchman, who is ranked 260 in the world.
Prajnesh, seeded sixth, was the lone Indian competing in the event,
26-year-old Prajnesh has won so far three Futures titles in his career -- one in 2015 and two in 2013.
