Degrees would be conferred on 38 graduating students and nine post graduates from six specialities of Dental Surgery during the ceremony, according to a defence release.
Army College of Dental Sciences, located at Jai Jawahar Nagar was established in 2001 by Army Welfare Education Society to provide professional education to wards of serving and retired Army personnel.
The College also admits six meritorious students from Telangana based on their performance in EAMCET exam, it added.
It has been awarded National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) 'A' grade in this year. The teaching hospital is equipped with 170 dental chairs and advanced infrastructure in dental implant treatment, laser assisted surgeries and endodontic microsurgeries, among others, said the release.
