It also gives a look at a woman trying to survive in polite society. "To succeed in polite society, a young woman must be many things. Kind, well-read and accomplished. But to survive in the world as we know it, she'll need other qualities," a woman says in voiceover.
The film is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's novel, which reimagined Austen's classic Victorian story to involve the undead.
The movie also stars Sam Riley, Bella Heathcote, Suki Waterhouse and Lena Headey. It is set for a release in the US on February 5, 2016.
