Principal of Akola Navodaya Vidyalaya transferred

Principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya R T Sinh has been transferred to Daman following the complaint of sexual harassment filed by 49 schoogirls against three teachers of the school.
The teachers were subsequently arrested.
P V Raju, assistant commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Administration, Pune, who is heading the inquiry committee said the principal failed to take a prompt action after the first complaint was made by a girl on March 21.
