Prudential Management Services today offloaded over 47.84 lakh shares of Mahindra CIE Automotive for nearly Rs 123.5 crore through an open market transaction.
The immediate buyer of the shares could not be ascertained immediately.
According to the bulk deal data available with the BSE, Mumbai-based Prudential Management sold 47,84,068 shares. The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 258 valuing the transaction at Rs 123.43 crore, the data showed.
Mahindra CIE shares ended 4.85 per cent higher at Rs 258.30 apiece on the BSE today. Mahindra CIE is a multi-technology automotive supplier.
