Director General of Police (DGP)of Mizoram Balaji Shrivastava been transferred and posted as the DGP of Puducherry.
An order to this effect has been issued by the Union Home Ministry, an official source said here Tuesday.
The present DGP Sundari Nanda istransferred and posted as DGP of New Delhi.
She has been the DGP here since July last year.
The new DGP would assume office here soon, it was said.
Balaji Shrivastava is an 1988 batch IPS officer and belongs to the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram and Union Territories cadre).
