This was announced today by Education Minister Sikandar Singh Maluka, who said these squads, comprising directorate officials, will hold inspections at various colleges.
These teams would be in addition to the flying squads of the respective universities, Maluka said.
While the Joint Director (Administration) will be in-charge of Mohali, Ropar, Nawanshahar, Patiala and Sangrur districts, Assistant Director (Legal) will lead the team for Ferozepur, Faridkot, Fazilka and Mukatsar, the minister said.
Similarly, Assistant Director (NCC) has been deputed for Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Tarn Taran and Amritsar, whereas Assistant Director (Scholarship) has been deputed for Mansa, Bathinda and Barnala districts, he said.
Assistant Director (Intech) has been made in-charge of Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, Ludhiana and Moga to check copying during the examinations.
