Addressing the inaugural session of the four day collector-SP conference here, Raje asked the collector to direct departmental officers in the districts to make an elaborate plan to redress the public grievances and make sure that the benefit of the government scheme and programme reaches the beneficiaries.
She also asked them to ease communication between the government departments and public so that public works could be done faster.
The chief minister also gave instructions to the officers to hold review meetings of schemes and programmes weekly and conduct field visit regularly with departmental officers.
Members of the council of ministers, parliamentary secretary, senior officers of the departments were also present at the conference.
