In the earlier chargesheet, the player had been shown as an absconding accused. However, he surrendered before the court in April this year and was released on bail.
Earlier, police had on March 6, filed a chargesheet in the case after which the court had summoned all the accused including IPL player Rahul Sharma and actor couple Apoorva and Shilpa Agnihotri.
Last May, police raided a party at a hotel in suburban Juhu where drugs were allegedly being consumed, and rounded up around 86 people.
The wanted accused included foreigners who left the country after medical examination.
The chargesheet had named Vishay Handa, the director of the hotel, DJs Deepesh Sharma and Rakesh Sharma, Agnihotris, and Sharma among others.
