Refined palmolein recovers on mild demand

Refined palmolein recovered marginally in an otherwise sluggish Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market on mild offtake from retailers.
While, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial slid further owing to subdued demand from shippers and soap industries.
Groundnutoil and linseedoil held steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein inched-up by a Re per 10 kg to Rs 511 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 510. Groundnutoil closed unchanged at Rs 950 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold declined by Rs 50 per 100 kg to Rs 4,025 from overnight close of Rs 4,075 and castor oil commercial eased by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 835 as against Rs 845 yesterday.

Linseed oil ended unaltered at Rs 780 per 10 kg.
