She, however, said the business environment in state has become a matter of excitement globally and attracting investments.
The CM further stated that her government was aware of the fact that the procedure to do business needed to be made easier and simpler and said reforms have to be undertaken to attract investment and create more jobs.
"The state government is looking for partners in businesses for development of the state. During my Singapore visit I found potential investors discussing the labour and employment sector reforms initiated by the state," she said while addressing the opening ceremony of Garden Factory, a manufacturing and packaging complex of the Hero Motocorp, at Neemrana in Alwar district.
In order to provide more facilities to investors coming to the state, the CM announced a convention centre at Neemrana.
She further suggested development of a golf course to make this industrial town an interesting place for the business people to work and visit.
The CM suggested the management of Hero Motocorp to provide skill development facility for the young generation of the region by opening a training centre at the plant itself.
Sharing her experience of the recently concluded visit to Singapore, the CM said that she visited skill development platforms run within the business premises there.
The town thus emerged as an industrial hub in the state securing a prominent place on the map of preferred destinations for investment due to ease of accessibility to Delhi, NCR and other markets as well as availability of infrastructure and other facilities.
"We have already taken definite steps to amend labour laws including changes in the Factories Act, the Industrial Disputes Act, the Apprenticeship Act and the Contract Labour Act," she added.
A short film on 'manufacturing happiness' was also screened by Heromoto Corp.
Vice Chairman and CEO of Hero Motocorp Ltd Pawan Munjal, (Raj) State Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Hem Singh Bhadana, MP Mahant Chand Nath were among others present on the occasion.
