Residents panic as goons vandalise rival's cars, fire in air

A group of goons fired in air and smashed glass windows of cars belonging to members of a rival gang on late Monday night in Jagdamba Colony here, creating fear and panic among the residents.
Though the miscreants managed to flee before the police arrived, the entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras.
According to police, members of gang led by one Montu Kandara reached Jagdamba Colony where the gangster's rival Ajay Dharu was present along with his gang members.
"Seeing Montu and his men coming, Ajay and his goons fled from the spot leaving their vehicles behind. Infuriated, Montu's gang vandalised their vehicles and fired in air," a police official said adding that with the help of the CCTV footage, they will identify and arrest the gangsters.
