Royal Enfield sales jump 32% to 55,721 units in Aug

Royal Enfield today reported a 32 per cent rise in total motorcycle sales at 55,721 units in August.
The company had sold 42,360 units in the same month last year, a company statement said.
In July, domestic sales surged 32 per cent to 54,735 units as against 41,600 units in the same month a year ago, it said.
Exports soared 30 per cent to 986 units compared with 760 units in the corresponding month last year, it added.
