Writer Ryan Murphy said he wants to headline a talk show on Netflix.
The 52-year-old scribe, known for series such as "Glee", "American Horror Story", "American Crime Story" and most recently "Pose", says he would like to have a David Letterman-like show for the streaming service, People magazine reported.
"I want my own talk show. Just me and one of the people that I love," Murphy said while talking about the show "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman", which aired this January.
The writer made headlines early this year when he signed a major deal with Netflix worth USD 300 million.
Murphy already has his first two Netflix series - comedy "The Politician" and drama "Ratched" in the pipeline.
