National records were broken for the third day in a row today. On the opening day, Mana Patel had set a new national record in 100m backstroke while, yesterday, Karnataka's Malvika set a national record in 1500m freestyle.
Railways is leading the medal table with 16 medals, including eight golds, six silver and two bronze, while Maharashtra (6 gold, 6 silver, 5 bronze) and Karnataka (5 gold, 4 silver 9 bronze) were in the second and third position, respectively.
