Baswana's character, who plays a strong support to Chakor, the show's protagonist, will die in a bomb blast accident in the episode to be telecast next week.
"My entry and exit both were planned right from the beginning of the show. My character, Ishwar Rawat, had to give little Chakor a platform from where she could take a flight towards her dreams.
"The job is done for both me and my character. So it's time for me to take flight towards my dreams, which is to create another character and try to entertain audiences to the best of my capabilities," the 37-year-old actor said in a statement.
The show airs every Monday to Saturday at 8 PM on Colours.
