The boys in the age group of eleven and twelve years, students of a government school here left home for school, but boarded Rameswaram-Tirupathi train, police said.
Their parents yesterday filed a missing compalint case when their wards did not return home.
The Railway police, on suspicion questioned the boys, who gave conflicting version about their parents and home town.
Police have informed the parents of the boys.
