The scuffle this evening was allegedly over a trivial issue when the staffer told the jawan, who was in plainclothes, to leave some space for those coming out from flights into the arrival area point.
The airport staffer was pushing a trolley and asked the jawan to move aside when the argument broke out.
Police said they are investigating the matter.
