Security beefed up at Hindu Munnani office after threat letter

Security has been beefed up at the
office of Hindu Munnani, a right wing organisation, after a threat letter warning attacks on its leaders was received here, police said today.
Hindu Munnani's Chennai unit president T Manohar had filed
a complaint after receiving a letter titled 'Fatwa' yesterday and sought more protection to leaders and offices in the state, they said.
Security was beefed up at the Hindu Munnai office in Chintadripet, where the letter was received and residences of its leaders, police said.
