Directions have been issued to different departments to remain alert, the release said adding police headquarters deployed an additional 2800 security personnel to keep a strict vigil on anti-social elements.
A total of 293 magistrates and 1600 police personnel are manning different areas in Ranchi. Anti-riots squad has also been alerted, IT SAID.
