Sena leader files plea to book Khadse for derogatory remarks

An application has been filed for registering an offence against Maharashtra Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse for his recent derogatory remarks against farmers and peasants, police sources said here today.
Police Inspector of the Jafarabad police station Vishnu Gaware said that the Shiv Sena's tehsil chief Suresh Gawali had filed an application asking to register an offence against Maharashtra Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse for allegedly insulting farmers.
Speaking to PTI, Gaware said that a decision would be taken whether to book Khadse or not after the matter is investigated.
