Gajrajsinh Jadeja died on September 21 last year and made a will bequeathing his property worth over Rs 600 crore to his loyal servant Kanji Jaypal alias Vinubhai.
Vinubhai had been with Gajrajsinh Jadeja since 1976 and became like a family member to him.
Gajrajsinh did not marry, but he bore expenses to get Vinubhai married and also bore the educational expenses of Vinubhai's two children.
Gajrajsinh's Will was discovered three months after his death and his family members were shocked when they found that Vinubhai was made the heir of property worth over Rs 600 crore.
However, the police came to know about Vinubhai's abduction and arrested eight relatives of Gajrajsinh.
"Gajrajsinh knew that a dispute would arise for the posession of his property including 110 bighas of agriculture land, nearly eight plots ranging from 400 square yards to 800 square yards, besides cash and fixed deposits," Vinubhai said, adding that Gajrajsinh had appointed him as his heir by completing all legal formalities.
