Seven injuried as portion of private building collapses

One person has been rescued from under the debris and two are still feared trapped beneath it, fire service personnel said, adding rescue operations are on.

Officials suspect non-maintenance of the building over a long period of time could have led to the collapse and said an inquiry would be held.
