The 32-year-old "Dewaani Mastaani" singer took to Twitter to share the news with her fans.
"Recorded a landmark song of my life today. Soul satisfying emotional joy ride. I live just to be able to experience such moments!" she initially wrote.
The bong melody queen appreciated the 53-year-old director's music coposition in the film and went on writing, "Wondering which song! What outstanding compositions Sanjay Bhansali sir has made for #Padmavati. Sang with all heart!".
Ghoshal, whose Bollywood playback singing career began with Bhansali's "Devdas", has also worked with him on his other movies "Bajirao Mastani", "Ram Leela" and "Saawariya".
