Appearing before a local court yesterday, the family members said that Naimuddin(65) and his first wife Aliman (60) were killed and their bodies burnt in the house by rioters in Lisadh village on December 8, 2013.
Naimuddin's second wife and son also lodged an FIR against more than 60 people and named seven people in this connection.
A case has been registered under Section 302(murder) and Section 201(causing disappearance of evidence of offence)of the IPC against seven people, police said.
According to SIT sources, it has started with the investigation of 11 missing people after considering that they had been killed in riots in the district.
