Barring maida which opened at the same closing rate, prices of thoor dal, urad dal,moong dal, gram dal,sugar and sooji moved up while wheat moved down.
Urad dal was up by Rs.1000 per quintal to Rs.14,500 from its closing rate of Rs.13,500.
Thoor dal increased by Rs.500 per quintal to Rs.15,000 from its previous 14,500.
Moong dal rose by Rs.300 per quintal to Rs.10,800 from Rs.10,500.
Gram dal moved up by Rs.100 per quintal to Rs.6,400 from Rs.6,300.

Wheat was down by Rs.50 per quintal to Rs.2,900 from Rs.2,950.
Maida(90 kgs)(Rs.2500) price remained at the same closing level.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 15,000, Urad Dal Rs 14,500, Moong Dal Rs 10,800, Gram Dal Rs 6,400, Sugar Rs 2,900, Wheat Rs 2,900, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
